Oscar Moraga
Creative Culinary Director
Born with a deep love for food and culture, Oscar’s culinary journey began in the heart of Nicaragua and led him to the world’s finest kitchens. After earning his Associate Degree in Culinary Science from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2008, he set out to sharpen his skills alongside some of the most acclaimed chefs in the region. Over the next 20 years, Oscar immersed himself in the art of cooking, mastering the techniques of French, Italian, Spanish, Asian, and Latin American cuisines. Every dish he creates carries the spirit of his heritage, the discipline of his classical training, and the creativity of a chef who believes food is both a craft and a story worth telling.

Oscar’s success in challenging, fast-paced environments stems from his strict yet creative attention to detail, strong work ethic, and exceptional problem-solving skills. He currently holds the position of Corporate Executive Chef at one of Miami’s premier kosher hospitality groups and also serves as the Corporate Chef Trainer for Josper, a renowned oven company originating from Spain.
